ProudToBeMe has been confidently working with ILC for over 10 years. They have a unique ability to meet our teenage girls where they really need support concerning their eating habits, attitude towards food and body confidence. ILC workshops are bespoke, professional, fun and engaging and make good nutrition very much achievable for our beneficiaries. Their content is superb and easy for our girls to understand. I would happily recommend them for both adults and teenagers.
