Virtual 60-minute session. Includes:

  • Assessment to review your health, diet and lifestyle goals.
  • Personalised plan (including practical guidance to facilitate its achievement e.g. guidance on meal choices, food shopping and preparation).
  • Effective coaching support based on honesty, compassion, empathy and a non-judgemental approach.
  • Relevant and culturally-specific literature/information resources (where applicable).
  • Contacting/liaising with your GP/Medical Consultant e.g. for your medical history or updating him/her of your progress
