Virtual 60-minute session. Includes:
- Assessment to review your health, diet and lifestyle goals.
- Personalised plan (including practical guidance to facilitate its achievement e.g. guidance on meal choices, food shopping and preparation).
- Effective coaching support based on honesty, compassion, empathy and a non-judgemental approach.
- Relevant and culturally-specific literature/information resources (where applicable).
- Contacting/liaising with your GP/Medical Consultant e.g. for your medical history or updating him/her of your progress
