Written by registered dietitian and consultant Angela Tella, both books are part of culturally sensitive resources developed to positively impact the health and wellbeing of West African communities globally as part of our West African Health & Nutrition Services.

Healthy, West African & Wise™ provides tailored solutions to the diet- and lifestyle-related health issues facing people from West African communities today while the accompanying Healthy, West African & Wise™ Food Guide highlights invaluable nutritional information and fascinating facts about different 80 foods and their use in West African cuisine.

Both books contain practical tips and information enabling people from West African communitites prioritise their health without losing their heritage and are available at our sister site Healthy West African.
